From everyday bath & tidy to heavy-duty de-shed for double-coated breeds — every bath uses shampoo and conditioner matched to your pet's skin and coat type.
For smooth-coated dogs that don't shed excessively or long-haired dogs that don't shed seasonally. Includes shampoo & conditioner matched to skin/coat, towel and blow dry, 10–15 min brushing, ear cleaning, and nail trim.
For double-coated or smooth-coated dogs that shed seasonally or excessively. De-shed shampoo & conditioner, towel and blow dry, extra brushing and raking, ear cleaning, and nail trim. Applied automatically when needed.
Shampoo and conditioner matched to your cat's skin and coat, towel or blow dry (whichever is best tolerated), brushing, ear cleaning, and nail trim. Due to cats' increased stress risk, service may be ceased if needed.
Whether your pet needs a maintenance trim or a full breed cut, we tailor every haircut to coat type and client preference.
Selective trimming on parts of the body — commonly a Face/Feet/Sani or Feet/Feathers/Tail trim. A maintenance trim. Matted pets don't qualify and must receive a full haircut.
Trimming or shaving of the whole body — breed-specific or custom. Includes a short shave-down if matting is present. Adverse coat conditions incur additional fees.
Trimming or shaving of the body hair, in part or in full. Cats may not tolerate face trimming or shaving below the hocks. Service may be ceased at any point due to stress risk.

Standard with every service or as a stand-alone. Nails are trimmed with clippers that cut the nail tips, leaving a sharp edge. Price varies by size, temperament, and handling.
Nails are clipped, then a small rotary tool with a specialized diamond bit files the sharp edges of freshly clipped nails. Price varies by size, temperament, and handling. Not typically available for cats.
Included in bath and haircut services or available stand-alone. Depending on needs, ears are flushed or swabbed with ear cleanser and cotton balls to remove wax and debris.
